  • Lane Closures and Road Closures for Half-Marathon

    April 14, 2023

    Several roads will be closed and several lane closures will be implemented on Saturday morning, April 15, for a half-marathon being run in in the southeast quadrant of Frisco. The half-marathon will start and end at Collin College and will close a lane on several major roadways (such as Main St), and will cause delay for traffic on roads that cross the race course (such as Coit Rd).   • Cover Plates For Fire Sprinklers

    Use a magnifying glass to read the numbers on the sprinkler head. There will be three numbers. The year the sprinkler was manufactured, the temperature at which the plate will fall from the ceiling and let the sprinkler head drop, and a serial number. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Icy Alleyways Prevent Trash Collection

    February 02, 2023

    (February 2, 2023) Icy alleyways are forcing the City of Frisco’s solid waste contractor to revise its schedule for collecting trash and recycling following four days of inclement weather. Beginning tomorrow, Friday, February 3, both trash and recycling will be collected – starting with Thursday route customers.   • Townhome Modifications

    September 21, 2022

    A reminder to submit an ACC application for approval prior to making any changes to the exterior of your townhome, including modifications made to the back yard if they involve changes to landscaping, or additions such as patio covers or decks. Any irrigation system repairs that are required due to modifications will be at the owner’s expense. Permits from the City of Frisco are required prior to the construction of new and replacement fences and patio covers. Seasonal fabric patio canopies/gazebos also require ACC approval prior to installation.

  • Short Term Rentals

    July 29, 2022

    A new, online process for Short Term Rental (STR) registration is now available on the City of Frisco’s website at FriscoTexas.gov/STR . The online portal also allows owners of STRs to pay the $300 annual registration permit fee (per property) online.     Several tree trimmings/branches were discovered in the greenbelt. disposing of any trash and/or debris in the greenbelt or in any other common areas is strictly prohibited in the Townhomes of Tuscany Square Community.
