Weekly curbside waste services will be on schedule for Monday, December 24. However, during the rest of the week, services will be delayed one day. If your recycling and trash are regularly collected on Tuesday, your services will be moved back to Wednesday, December 26, etc.

The 4th quarter HOA assessment is due on October 1, 2018. You can review your account balance and payment options at www.sbbmanagement.com under “residents”. If you have not logged in before, you will need to register as a first time user. You will need your account number which is located on your payment coupons. Late fees will apply to accounts that are not paid by October 31, 2018.

The HOA wants everyone to have a safe and fun holiday weekend. Pool monitors from Applied Operations Security & Investigation Services have been hired by the HOA and have the authority to enforce the pool rules. Please review the enclosed rules with all members of your household and pool guests. The rules are also posted at the pool. The pool rules are in force at all times to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our residents. It is important that residents and their guests understand that if they are unable to abide by the rules, they may be asked to leave and may risk losing their privileges to use the pool. Please do your part in making the pool safe and enjoyable for all residents.

1-2-Tree will be in the community beginning on Tuesday, February 20th and on Wednesday, February 21st to thin, prune and lift the tree limbs in the front yards and common area trees (weather permitting). Please do not park any vehicles in the driveway to avoid potential damage.
Tree maintenance inside the fenced in backyard is the homeowner’s responsibility and expense. Backyard trees must be kept cut back from the buildings, the roofs and neighbors’ yards and should not be hanging over outside of your own fenced in yard. Since 1-2-Tree will already be onsite, they will be able to provide a discounted rate for their services; but you must request a quote at no later than February 7, 2018 to allow ample time for estimating and scheduling.
