By now you should have received your 2020 assessment notice in the mail. I have attached a copy of the Board Assessment Letter, the 2020 Budget, the Homeowner Responsibility Memo and the Payment Option Flyer for your convenience.
Please keep in mind, If you have your account set up on auto-draft, you must notify your financial institution of the new assessment amount of $550.00 a quarter. Morris & Sons Construction will begin removing the wrought iron fence late this week (June 20, 2019) along Ohio and the top of the Wake Bridge Cul-de-Sac. See attached map. After removal of the old wrought iron fence, a new wrought iron fence will be installed.

Western Landscape will be in the community beginning on Wednesday, February 6th through Friday, February 8th, to thin, prune and lift the tree limbs in the front yards and common area trees (weather permitting). Please do not park any vehicles in the driveway to avoid potential damage.
Tree maintenance inside the fenced in backyard is the homeowner’s responsibility and expense. Backyard trees must be kept cut back from the buildings, the roofs and neighbors’ yards and should not be hanging over outside of your own fenced in yard. Since Western Landscape will already be onsite, they will be able to provide a discounted rate for their services; but you must request a quote at no later than February 7, 2019 to allow ample time for estimating and scheduling. We have received complaints that some dog owners are not picking up after their pets. Please be aware owners are required to pick up after their dogs every time regardless if it is big or small. Dog waste has been found in residents’ yards, common areas and sidewalks. We have even had reports of people throwing dog waste over their fence and into the open space. This is unacceptable. The HOA provides pet waste stations in the community for your convenience. Pet owners please take a moment to read the below rules and city ordinances and make sure you are adhering to them.
