By now you should have received your 2020 assessment notice in the mail. I have attached a copy of the Board Assessment Letter, the 2020 Budget, the Homeowner Responsibility Memo and the Payment Option Flyer for your convenience.
Please keep in mind, If you have your account set up on auto-draft, you must notify your financial institution of the new assessment amount of $550.00 a quarter. Assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter (January, April, July and October) and late fees are applied at the end of each month if there is a balance. Click Full Story for more information.
