Cover Plates For Fire Sprinklers

Use a magnifying glass to read the numbers on the sprinkler head. There will be three numbers. The year the sprinkler was manufactured, the temperature at which the plate will fall from the ceiling and let the sprinkler head drop, and a serial number. Phone (888) 361-6662 or text QRFS (a fire protection company) and they have access to six manufacturers of cover plates and sprinklers.

Hope this helps in the future. I know several of my cover plates are close to falling.
