2015 Pool Season is Underway

The pool will be open Saturday, May 16th through Sunday, September 27th. Pool monitors from Texas Industrial Security (TIS) have been hired by the HOA and have the authority to enforce the pool rules. Please review the enclosed rules with all members of your household. The rules are also posted at the pool. The pool rules are in force at all times to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our residents. It is important that residents and their guests understand that if they are unable to abide by the rules, they may be asked to leave and may risk losing their privileges to use the pool. Please do your part in making the pool safe and enjoyable for all residents. If you do not have a pool key, please email Vanessa Burch at SBB Management, v.burch@sbbmanagement.com. Replacement keys cost $50.

Sunday – Thursday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
Friday – Saturday 8:00 am – 11:00 pm

If you are leasing your townhome, it is your responsibility to relay the pool rules and provide a copy to your tenants. Tenants must also follow the rules, and owners are responsible for their tenants’ behavior at the pool.

The HOA has hired a pool monitor service on certain days to enforce the pool rules. However, any resident can point out the pool rules to someone who is not following them. The pool rules are posted at the pool. It is important that residents and their guests understand that if they are unable to follow the rules, they may be asked to leave and may risk losing their privileges to use the pool.
